OUCH! ARE WE ALL READY FOR THE T-CHARGE?

From 23 October 2017, cars, vans, minibuses, buses, coaches and HGVs in central London will need to meet minimum exhaust emission standards, or pay a minimum daily £10 Emissions Surcharge (also known as the Toxicity Charge, or T-Charge). This will be in addition to the Congestion Charge!

Why? Air pollution is one of the most significant challenges facing London and beyond.
The T-Charge seeks to significantly help improve air quality in London, in particular with regard to nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and particulate matter, both of which have an adverse effect on human health. Eeek!
