On 15 October 2026, VMS (Fleet Management) Limited (CRN: 04443331) (“the Company”) entered Administration, and Jeremy Karr and Simon Killick of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, and Joanne Hammond of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP (together “BTG”) were appointed Joint Administrators (“Administrators”) on the same date.
