VMS & BOOKER WHOLESALE TEST TWIN EVAPORATOR SYSTEMS

VMS are pleased to announce a brand new deal with Booker, a leading wholesale provider in the UK, utilising a brand new addition to the Alex Original family: their twin evaporator system designed for transport refrigeration.

This new twin evaporator system, distributed in the UK exclusively by VMS Refrigeration, offers the user a greater range of control, setting the temperature in two separate compartments. Unlike single evaporator systems, which recycle the cool air from the frozen compartment to cool the chilled, this system allows for two frozen compartments at individual temperatures.

VMS describe the twin evaporator system as ‘fantastic tool for any temperature controlled distributor, offering incredible control and variation across two compartments which is unrivalled against its ambient counterpart’

The new systems have been installed into 99x 3.5T vehicles within the Booker fleet to help the wholesaler achieve its transportation goals. A further 69x 7.5T Canters have also been fit with the new twin evaporator system.
